Bold BBQ requires Bold Branding
I'm not a huge fan of the "if it aint broke, don't fix it" approach to design... healthy brands evolve over time
When Billy's BBQ first approached me about building them an application for mobile orders - I jumped at the chance. What resulted was far more than just a UI/UX project. After meeting with the business owners and understanding their objectives, I quickly determined Billy's was looking for more than just an app to keep in touch with their customers - they needed a better method of communication. The brand's identity needed a refresh to help reach out and attract new customers and their changing needs. The application was only the first step in that process. What came out of the project was a variety of marketing and design assets ranging from the mobile interface to product and packaging design. I even designed a series of vehicle wraps all surrounding Billy's new rebrand and launch of their pre-order delivery service.
